This Ahyawei free roulette CNC Pressbrake 100T3200mm is fully Synchro Electro hydyaulic servo CNC pressbrake design.

In this cnc synchro press brake system, the Y1&Y2 two cylinders running as independent double acting hydraulic systems. Both axis share the same oil supply, but the oil flow to the valves and current position of ram are separately controlled by CNC Pressbrake contaoller.

Bending accuracy in positioning
The CNC pressbrakes controller reads the actual upper beam position from independent linear scale while monitoring and adjusting the hydraulic proportional valves, producing a double-closed loop system. Accuracy is further ensured by mounting the linear scale on a C-frame connected to the main frames, rather than directly on the side frames, so deflection of the side frames and pressure loads won’t affect positioning.
